Key Account Executive (Sales)

Some of the daily tasks includes:

  • Build and manage new customer accounts - be responsible for achieving revenue target and gain market share.
  • Perform cold calls, sales pitches and negotiate on sales contract.
  • Review new tender opportunities via various media and portals
  • Foster and build good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Involve in sales acquisition and customer service support activities (i.e. provide pre-sales and post-sales support services).
  • Involve in the execution of marketing plans, strategies and organised events.

Some requirements that we are looking at:

  • Ability to work under a high pressure environment
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, achievement oriented and results driven
  • Possess good presentation and negotiation skills, and be willing to learn and prepared to grow with the organisation
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (in cleaning industry) is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast pace environment
  • IT Savvy or PC literate

Supervisor

You are the key person whom cleaners will approach if they require assistance.

The main function of this role is to support daily operation on the ground including:

  • Supervise a cleaning work
  • Hands-on cleaning duties
  • To investigate complaints / feedbacks and take corrective actions where relevant
  • To upkeep site cleaning supplies chemicals, consumables and equipment to ensure they are available and serviceable at all times
  • Fetch cleaners from point to point
  • Planning & scheduling
  • To screen and select suitable candidates in order to maintain staffing requirement
  • To train new / existing employees and recommend disciplinary actions where applicable

Some characters / requirement that we are looking at:

  • Ability to work under a high pressure environment
  • Polite
  • Patience
  • Takes direction
  • Valid Class 3 driving license
  • Hold WSQ Advanced Certificate in Environmental Cleaning

Office Cleaner (Mobile Team)

Be part of our cleaning team to help maintain cleanliness in offices across Singapore.

You will be assigned to multiple location for cleaning duties.

Office cleaning duties includes, not limited to:

  • Vacuum carpet/veneer/tiles flooring
  • Dust, wipe and sanitize items such as desk, chair, cabinets, boards door etc.
  • Maintain kitchen and pantry order: wash utensil/dishes, re-stocking, re-arrangement
  • Glass cleaning
  • Washing toilet
  • Empty bins

Requirements:

  • Only Singaporean or PR may apply.
  • Holds positive & enthusiastic attitude.
  • Willing to travel

**Training will be provided.
