Scope of Home Cleaning Service

Regular cleaning

Includes:

• General tidying/decluttering + wiping of all surfaces
• Bed making
• Changing of bed sheets (+20 mins)
• Vacuum/sweep + mop
• Wash & dry toilet
• Trash hauling
• Balcony cleaning
• Wiping reachable mirrors + accessible internal windows
• Dishwashing
• Tidying kitchen (exterior of the cabinet and fridge within reach) (+~20 mins if detailed)
• Laundry is included (wash/hang/fold as time allows)

Customer may advise the cleaner on what to prioritise first.

Time-intensive tasks may reduce how many items can be completed within the booked time.

*Exception: Job scope does not include climbing, cleaning of ceiling fans, windows, grilles, ceiling or walls. It will be acceptable if area is reachable with a small house ladder or stool.

Please be aware that certain tasks are more time-consuming, which may impact the number of tasks our professional can complete within the allotted time.

For instance, tasks like changing bedsheets, wiping windows and grills, organizing kitchen cabinets and the fridge, dusting ceiling fans, doing laundry, ironing, hanging or folding clothes, and individually removing and wiping items may be time intensive.
