Thank you for choosing us. The Website and the Services (as defined below) are provided by Hiremop ("we" or "us" or "our").

By using the Website and Services, you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). You also consent to the collection and use of certain information about you, as specified in our privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy"). Please read the Terms and Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not understand the Terms or the Privacy Policy, please leave the Website and stop using the Services.

Changes To The Terms And Privacy Policy

We may change the Terms or the Privacy Policy at any time by posting a new version of either on the Website. Please review the Terms and the Privacy Policy regularly. If at any time you find either unacceptable, please leave the Website and stop using the Services.

Eligibility

By using the Website or Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, a resident of Singapore, and are otherwise legally qualified to enter into and form contracts under applicable law. This Agreement is void where prohibited.

No Show Policy

In the event that our cleaners arrived at your premises and were denied entry to perform the cleaning service for whatever reason, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. This amount excludes transportation cost that may arise on the day, required for the cleaner to arrive at your doorstep. The transportation cost will be mentioned to you on the day of the event. It is your responsibility to verify all information about our cleaners and inform us at least 1 working day in advance.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any cleaning appointment in unforeseen circumstances, but we will always do our best to notify you as early as possible and offer a reschedule or full refund. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

  • General Services
    Except for valid cancellations made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, all services are strictly non-refundable once confirmed and/or commenced. This applies even if there is a dispute that the cleanliness was not done properly.
  • Deep Cleaning
    Except for valid cancellations made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, all fees paid for deep cleaning services are strictly non-refundable once confirmed and/or commenced. Recovery service may be provided as an option. Applicable cost may apply, subject to further assessment.
  • Upholstery Cleaning
    Except for valid cancellations made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, all fees paid for upholstery cleaning services are strictly non-refundable once confirmed and/or commenced. Recovery service may be provided as an option. Applicable cost may apply, subject to further assessment.

Liability

We do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any damage caused through use of products or services purchased from us, be it indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of business, loss of profits, interruption or the like). If you have any questions regarding the terms of use outlined here, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Payment

You will receive invoice by email at the end of every cleaning session. You represent and warrant that if you engaged our service that (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any taxes.

Mutual Respect

We seek your kind understanding and respect for all our cleaners. Any verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated and we will take necessary measures to protect our cleaners from such harm.

Your Information

You represent and warrant that all information that you provide on an Application or otherwise in connection with your use of the Website and Services will be current, complete and truthful.

Consent To Receive Email Communications

  • By using the Services, you consent to receive administrative emails from us. You also consent to receive marketing emails from us and our third-party marketing partners on our behalf. You may opt-out of receiving marketing emails by following the opt-out instructions contained in the emails.
  • By using the Services, you consent to receive administrative and marketing emails from the lenders and third-party partners to whom we have provided your information as part of the Services, whether or not you are qualified for a loan or if you make a loan. You may opt-out of receiving marketing emails from these parties by following the opt-out instructions contained in their respective emails.

The Website links to, and may direct you to, third-party websites ("Third-Party Websites"). We do not have control over the content and performance of Third-Party Websites.   • provide false, misleading or inaccurate information on an Application or otherwise in connection with your use of the Website and Services;
  • impersonate, or otherwise misrepresent affiliation, connection or association with, any person or entity;
