By engaging Hiremop's service, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Job Cancellation
24 hours notice must be provided for job cancellation in order to qualify for a full refund. Any notice given less than this allowance will be subject to no refund as we have locked in the resources for the customer's booking.
Please note: If the job cannot proceed due to issues at the customer's premises—such as being locked out, lack of access, no water supply, or no electricity—this will also be treated as a late cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy
Lost Item
Customer must be present and all valuables must be locked up during the service. Claim on lost item must be supported with a police report, subject to police investigation.
Damage Claim
Customer is protected up to Singapore Dollars 100 per booking for damages caused by Hiremop's provider during service. To qualify for this claim, the customer must report to Hiremop immediately after the service and fully pay for the service. Coverage does not include damage arising from wear & tear (e.g. exposing worn off insulation). Customer should also be aware that age and wear & tear deteriorate the value of products even before damage occurs, and Hiremop's claim specialist will take such condition into account before advising the final claim value.
Expectation on Service Delivery
We will try our best to render a satisfactory job. However, customer should be aware that service may be limited and certain situations call for alternative solutions (e.g. stains/mold on wall or ceiling should be painted over) for the best result. This will be subject to variation order.
Limitation of Service
For aircon servicing, chemical washes, and overhauls, our technicians will conduct an on-site assessment and perform the necessary services to the best of their expertise.
Be Human
Be respectful and thoughtful to the service provider (e.g. ensure room is ventilated) throughout the service.
Reservation of Rights
Hiremop reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
